Refund Policy
1. Introduction
This Refund Policy explains the rules for refunds, cancellations, transfers, and credit requests for products and services purchased from United Academy for Science and Studies Ltd. By completing payment, the learner confirms that they have read and accepted this Refund Policy.
2. General Refund Principles
Refund eligibility depends on the type of product, date of purchase, access status, digital materials delivery, session attendance, and whether administrative or certificate processing has already begun.
3. Online Courses
Refund requests may be considered within 7 calendar days of purchase if:

The learner has not accessed a substantial part of the course.

No materials have been downloaded and no live sessions attended.

No certificate has been issued or assignments completed.
4. Professional Diploma Programs
Requests may be considered within 7 days of payment if the program has not started, no materials were provided, and no platform access was granted. Once the program begins, fees are generally non-refundable.
5. Webinars and Workshops
Fees are refundable only before access details are sent and before the event begins. No refunds if the access link was sent or the recording/materials were provided.
6. Digital Products
Digital products (E-books, PDFs, recorded lessons) are non-refundable once delivered, accessed, or downloaded.
7. Certificate and Administrative Fees
These fees are non-refundable once processing has begun (Printing, shipping, or verification). Errors caused by the Academy will be corrected for free; however, incorrect info provided by the learner may incur re-issuance fees.
8. Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment is made by mistake, contact us immediately for a verification and refund to the original payment method.
9. Technical Issues
We provide alternative access or support for technical issues. A refund is not issued if the issue is caused by the learner’s own device, internet connection, or unsupported software.
10. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available if the learner changed their mind after access, failed to attend/complete the course, did not pass assessments, or violated the Terms and Conditions.
11. Cancellation by the Academy
If we cancel a paid program, learners will be offered a full refund, a transfer to another date/program, or credit for future use.
12. How to Request a Refund
Requests must be sent to info@unitedacademy.org.uk including: Full name, purchase email, product name, payment date, and transaction reference.
13. Refund Review Time
Requests are reviewed within 5 to 10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact us before opening a chargeback. Opening a dispute may lead to immediate suspension of your access while the case is reviewed.
